The declaration must be signed by the sender. One original and five copies must accompany the shipment. Forms are available under “Documents/Forms”.

In the case of a zone delivery, your shipment will be delivered directly to a zone inside of the delivery address you have specified (e.g. room, office, department, etc.); delivery to a post office or an incoming goods department is permitted. This option is available for the services: Express, Express Plus, Palette and Palette Plus in the national area. In the case of a technical notification, the recipient receives an e-mail with a delivery notification and contact details of the delivery depot. Please note that a technical notification will be delayed by at least one working day.
Why do I need additional insurance?
If the goods to be transported exceed the value of the statutory forwarding liability insurance, we recommend that you take out goods insurance to the value of the shipment. Rates vary for national and international shipping as well for different classes of goods.
